Billing system felt fair and straightforward overall
My experience with the billing and payment process through WorkFromHomeIndia was generally positive, especially in comparison with what I had used before. The invoicing was much clearer—each invoice showed the hours and charges in a format that was easy to understand and matched the actual hours tracked in the database. Previously, I had deals where billing was confusing or hard to verify. Here, the integration between software and billing worked well. The payment sequence was straightforward and emails with invoices arrived predictably. That said, I did find that the timing of payments felt slightly slower than I expected, with a small delay between working hours being logged and bills issued. Also, some labels and terms in the payment dashboard could have been more intuitive. These minor issues didn’t spoil the experience but made me wish for a touch more polish. So overall, the whole billing flow felt solid and user-friendly with just a little room for improvement to be perfect.
