billing simply not working for me
The invoicing thing was maybe okay on the first try but after that it just got worse each time I tried. Every day I had to double check if the billing was right or if some amount was missing. Payment process kept giving errors like it didn’t update my invoices properly or was showing old unpaid ones. Support was slow to respond and often didn’t understand my questions fully. Multiple times I tried to get explanations about charges but no clear answers came back. Emails about billing were confusing and sometimes contradictory. It felt like the system was glitchy and not reliable for daily use. I stopped trusting their billing system because it kept showing wrong information, sometimes not even reflecting recent payments. This made managing my account difficult and frustrating. Honestly the software looked fine but the payments and billing side was just a constant headache. If you want something that works smoothly daily, this won’t be it. It’s been almost impossible to track anything properly so I had to look for alternatives elsewhere. Overall, this billing system is a big disappointment for me, it just didn’t work as promised or as I needed it to on a consistent basis.
