billing setup suits those who like one-time fixes
I’ve been working with the billing and payments setup on WFHI and what struck me is how much of it was a one-off thing versus ongoing management. The initial setup was a bit involved, had to look through a few screens and understand what each fee meant, but once it was done, it felt like a weight lifted. Ongoing payments are mostly automatic and there aren’t many new tasks piling up every time a billing cycle happens. This setup might not be ideal if you prefer things that constantly change or need frequent updates, but for me, the less hassle once things are settled down is great. I keep circling back to the fact that the system doesn’t keep demanding my attention after the initial work is done, which is rare for this kind of software. The invoices are consistent, and they arrive without me needing to remind anyone, so it suits someone who doesn't want to be chased around for payments. If you’re okay with spending some focused time upfront, then it could work well, but if you want a super dynamic or manually controlled billing system, this might not be the best fit. Still, I’m happy with how it balances effort and peace of mind.
