Billing setup mostly felt like a hassle
When I signed up and began the billing and payments setup, I noticed the initial configuration was a one-time effort involving entering detailed information and selecting payment methods. That part was fine and clear enough. What I found less convenient was that ongoing aspects required frequent manual checks, like verifying invoices or confirming if updates affected billing calculations. It wasn’t entirely automatic or seamless across billing cycles. The invoicing interface was plain but functional, though sometimes it took time to reflect the latest payments or adjustments, which required me to log in repeatedly and refresh pages. I appreciated the telephonic support availability when I called about these issues, but the process around billing felt fragmented in terms of user experience. There was no surprise about one-off setup tasks needed, but for ongoing usage, a more automated or integrated solution would have been better. Things like tracking payment history and receiving prompt notifications might improve the day-to-day feel. Overall, the billing system worked but seemed cumbersome because of its ongoing manual confirmation needs and a lack of real-time clarity on my account status.
