Billing setup felt complicated and ongoing costs seemed unclear, honestly

I’ve been using the software for a while now, and I’m still a bit unsure about how much is a one-time setup charge and what settles into recurring payments. Initially, the sign-up and invoicing seemed clear enough, but the more I used the tools, the more I realized some fees were automatic and I wasn’t sure when or why they’d update. The software updates are automatic, which is good for keeping things fresh, but the payment reminders and billing cycle explanations could be more straightforward. It hasn’t caused any outright problems yet, and I do think the telephonic support team was helpful in answering some questions, but I feel like I’m still trying to figure out if the costs reflect monthly, quarterly, or just usage-based charges. If I were telling a friend about it, I'd say it’s a decent platform but keep an eye on your invoices so you know what you’re committing to.
