billing's smooth flow, but auto-updates caught me out
I use the billing and payments every day now, and for the most part it’s super simple to manage and consistent. Invoices come through on time, and the payment process rarely gives me any grief. I like how you just plug in the details once and dont have to repeat it. But I did notice that once the automatic update kicked in, it reset some preferences I’d set for invoicing format. That was a bit annoying and disrupted my usual flow slightly. Still, it’s the only major hiccup I’ve had after weeks of use, and it hasn’t stopped me from continuing with the software or service.
