Billing process worked fairly well but needed consistent effort

I've found the billing and payment system to be quite functional overall, especially in aligning with the hours I actually work. Each invoice reflected my usage reasonably well, which made balancing my schedules easier. However, it did require consistent effort on my part to review the details and ensure everything matched up. The automatic updates sometimes altered layout formats, which added small additional steps to the process. Despite this, telephonic support was quite patient in helping me resolve any invoice queries I had. It was not effortless, but with this kind of involvement, the system fit my working hours nicely enough. I feel comfortable using it but keep some vigilance to avoid surprises.
