The sign-up and invoicing section went relatively well overall. I was able to submit payment information without much hassle after initially signing up. The invoices were generated promptly and reflected the services I selected. However, there was a bit of repetition when confirming payment details, as I had to enter the same bank details multiple times before the system accepted them. Also, the wait times before confirmation emails arrived were longer than I expected, which caused a little uncertainty. I was looking forward to a more streamlined flow that might recognize saved details or reduce redundant steps in payment. Despite these minor inconvenience factors, the automatic updates to the billing dashboard helped keep track of charges clearly. Telephonic support was available but I only had to use it briefly to clarify a billing timing question. It felt a bit formal but generally helpful. In summary, the financial part of the platform is reliable but could benefit from fewer repetitive fields and slightly faster updates on payment confirmations to minimize confusion.
