Billing process was mostly as expected except one notable surprise
I will say upfront that the billing and payment process of WFHI largely lived up to what I expected based on the initial information I received. The sign-up and invoice generation were carried out professionally and efficiently, with no unexpected delays. The clarity offered in the invoice detailing helped me understand exactly what charges applied, which I appreciated because I had been cautious about hidden fees. Nevertheless, one thing stood out: the timing of the payment reminders felt a little off from what I anticipated. While I expected to get a prompt notification well in advance, sometimes the reminders arrived quite close to the due date, making it somewhat tricky to plan my expenses. Despite this, the telephonic support team was reachable and willing to help clarify any questions I had regarding the invoice or payment schedule, which eased my concerns. Overall, the process matched most of my expectations, but I would have preferred reminders that allowed for a more flexible payment window.
