Billing process was confusing, not very practical
I tried to understand the billing and payment setup WFHI provided, but honestly, it was pretty confusing. The explanations didn’t clarify how the invoicing would actually happen, and I kept wondering if all the fees were included or if I’d face unexpected charges later. The signup process was straightforward enough, but once I moved beyond that, the payment instructions became vague. Support was okay but their telephonic answers didn’t clear my doubts fully either. The billing labels and wording didn’t reflect what I expected at all, so it left me frustrated when tracking payments. That said, I will admit that the automatic updates to the software itself did not cause any billing issues, which was a relief because I feared complications during renewals. Overall, I felt like the billing guidance could be much more practical and direct. It seemed like they didn’t think through how their clients actually manage payments day-to-day, and that made an already important task unnecessarily tricky. If the billing communications were clearer, it might actually be a workable experience for me.
