Billing process took too long to click for me
I struggled with the billing and payments setup far longer than I expected. The initial sign up was straightforward but then realizing how to generate and manage invoices took many attempts. The automatic invoicing feature took time to actually start working properly with my account. There wasn’t a clear moment when everything just clicked, it felt like a slow build up and constant adjusting to get the flow right. I expected smoother transitions between signup, payment entry and invoicing. The delay in getting everything to work seamlessly made the whole billing process more frustrating than it should be. I appreciate the support when I reached out but wish the entire process was clearer from the beginning because otherwise it felt like guesswork for quite some time.
