Billing process thoda slow tha but customer support ne thodi madad ki
Toh starting mein maine socha ke sign-up se lekar payment tak ka process jaldi ho jayega, par unfortunately laga ki sab kuch slow tha. Sign-up ke baad payment karne mein kaafi der lag gayi aur invoice milne mein bhi time hua. Maine support ko contact kiya tha to unhone thoda help ki par response delay hua tha jisse frustration badh gaya mera. Mujhe lag raha tha ki agar process thoda streamlined hota toh mujhe zyada wait nahi karna padta aur main jaldi kaam start kar pati. Fir bhi ek acha point yeh tha ki jab finally sab set hua toh instructions clear thi aur system thik se kaam kar raha tha. Lekin overall experience stressful tha mere liye because mujhe zyada time wait karna pada before I could use software comfortably. I think agar payment aur invoicing process tezi se hota toh main zyada happy hoti.
