Billing process thoda confusing, par manageable tha
Pehli baat toh kehta hoon ki invoice aur payment system ka poora process bada thoda unclear tha mere liye. Jo wording aur labels use kiye hain woh thoda technical lagte hain aur mujhe asli matlab samajhne mein confusion hua. Kabhi kabhi lagta ki alerts aur billing ka flow better structured ho sakta tha. Lekin main ye bhi maanata hoon ki agar aap dhyan se read karo toh sab samajh aa sakta hai. Kabhi kabhi unnecessary lagta tha ki forms complex hain. Overall, billing ko thoda zyada transparent aur simple banaya ja sakta hai. Lekin samay ke saath maine adapt kar liya aur aaj mujhe lagta hai ki system manageable hai par iska design zyada user-friendly ho sakta tha.
