Jab main software kharidne gaya, toh jo invoice generate hua usme clear breakdown nahi tha, aur mujhe baar-baar customer support se poochna pada. Halaanki support ne koshish ki madad karne ki, par response time slow tha. Receipt bhi mushkil se mil paayi. Overall experience frustrating tha kyunki ek taraf system automated updates deta hai, par payment aur billing ke liye koi easy navigation nahi hai dashboard mein. Achha hota agar sign-up aur payment steps zyada transparent hote, tab shayad yeh sab itna tangled nahi lagta.
