Billing process: smooth start but a bit confusing later
Compared to other services I've used before, the initial sign-up and payment was pretty straightforward with WorkFromHomeIndia. The invoice was clear and the options for payment were convenient, which made the start of the billing process quite smooth. However, when I tried to access some past payment details in the dashboard, I found the interface a bit confusing and less intuitive than I expected. It wasn't immediately clear how to download or view my payment history, which caused some frustration. Customer support could have helped, but I didn't want to wait on the phone for long. Despite that, the monthly automatic payments went through without any issues, which was definitely a plus for me. Overall, I found the system to be a mix of good initial impressions with some room for improvement in how easy it is to manage invoicing details later on.
