Billing process ne surprise kiya with its complications
Starting with the payment, mujhe laga it would be simple but it was confusing. The invoice aaya par usme mere subscription details clear nahi thi, isiliye mujhe dubara support ko call karna pada. Every time main billing ka problem samjhane ki koshish karti thi, lagta tha they didn’t get it properly. Is baar toh mujhe samajh nahi aaya ki next time me khud kar sakti hoon ya phir phir se help lena padega. Honestly, paise dena itna straightforward nai tha, aur agar agle payment me bhi ye hi issues rahe, toh main definitely fir call karungi. Kya pata waise software acha ho but billing ka ye confusion thoda time waste karta hai.
