It was reassuring that the automatic updates didn’t interfere with the charges each cycle. However, I’m still a bit unsure about what happens if any adjustments are needed or if I run into any billing issues later on — would the support team be as responsive next time? I haven’t had to reach out again yet, but their initial telephonic assistance seemed helpful when I did have a couple of questions. I appreciate that the sign-up process was straightforward and the invoicing was transparent. I think I’d probably use their service again considering how smooth it was, though I might want to be more certain about the flexibility around payments before fully committing long term. Overall, it worked well, but a bit more clarity around repeat payment support would put me completely at ease.
