Mujhe honestly yeh WFHI ka billing aur payment system use karne mein bahut dikkat hui thi. Pehle jo software main try kar rahi thi, usmein payment flow thoda straightforward tha, par yahan mujhe lagta tha ki bahut zyada unnecessary steps hain. Sign-up ke time pe bhi kaafi dikkat hui thi, invoice generate hone mein delay hua aur mujhe baar baar support ko call karna pada. Lekin sabse zyada frustration tab hui jab automatic updates ne data entry aur records ko thoda mix kar diya tha. Pehle wale experience ke mukable mein yeh kaafi confusing tha. Training sessions mein payment aur billing ke baare mein jyada explanation nahi thi, jisse mujhe samajhne mein dikkat hui ki payment schedule kaisa hai aur invoice kab milta hai. Waste of time nahi toh bhi lagta tha ki bahut better cheezein expect kar sakti thi main. Software ke baaki features wale parts achhe lagte the, specially calling tools aur database, par billing ne pura experience kharaab kar diya. Agar billing feature thoda streamlined hota toh zyada acha hota.
