Billing process had confusing moments despite some clarity
I found the billing and payments with WFHI quite confusing at first, and that left me somewhat uneasy during the process. Initially, the invoicing wasn’t as transparent as I had hoped; it was hard to track what each charge was for without repeatedly contacting support. That said, I’ll give credit where it’s due—the final invoice did come through with enough detail to cross-check against my usage, which helped build a little confidence by the end. The payment portal itself wasn’t perfectly smooth, sometimes loading slowly or timing out, which made the whole thing feel more tedious than necessary. The automatic updates didn’t seem to affect the billing, at least, which was a small relief. While the overall experience was prone to frustration, especially when trying to understand recurring charges, the telephonic support staff I reached were patient enough to clarify issues, even if I had to call multiple times. In sum, the payment process didn’t instill full confidence, but the one thing that went better than expected was how eventually the invoice’s details made the numbers transparent enough for me to feel comfortable that no surprises lay ahead.
