Billing process felt more like DIY than guided service
The billing and payment process was honestly a mixed bag because I found myself having to figure out quite a lot on my own. The invoicing system wasn’t very intuitive and I needed several attempts to get it right, mostly learning through trial and error rather than clear instructions. There was some support available but that also felt generic and not tailored to the specific issues I faced. Automatic updates occasionally caused minor disruptions that didn’t seem well explained beforehand. While the database feature and dialer integration were capable, I felt there was a steep learning curve with minimal hand-holding. The sign-up process was straightforward enough, but after that, the flow from invoice to payment required me to improvise multiple times to fit it into my workflow. Overall, the whole experience felt somewhat DIY, requiring me to invest time figuring out steps that ideally should have been clearer or simpler. It left me somewhat frustrated rather than supported as a customer.
