Yaar, main soch rahi thi ki WFHI ka software mere kaam ke liye theek rahenga, par pura experience disappointing raha. Software wait karne ke baad bhi expected tarah ka behave nahi karta tha, baaki sab features mein bugs lage rahe. Koi bhi call smoothly nahi chala, dialer bar-bar hang kar jata tha, database sync nahi ho raha tha properly. Training thodi confusing lagi mujhe, support ko phone lagaya toh response milta tha par itna helpful nahi jo meri sari problems solve kar sake. Billing mein koi issue nahi tha, invoice time par milti thi aur payment process easy tha, yeh toh achha tha. Par software ke baar baar crash hone ki wajah se mera workflow disturb ho gaya. Mujhe laga tha purchase karne se mere remote work mein asaani hogi, par na toh software stable tha na hi updates ne kuch fark dikhaya. Main ye product un logo ko suggest nahi karungi jinko reliable tools chahiye work ke liye. Sach mein kaafi frustrating tha aur main ab doosra option dhundh rahi hoon.
