Billing: not all that clear, honestly

When I signed up and went through the billing details, I found the process to be somewhat confusing overall. On one hand, the payment gateway worked fine and seemed secure, which was a relief. But the explanations about recurring charges were not as clear as I would have expected from WFHI. There was some ambiguity about when exactly the next invoices would come and how adjustments to subscriptions might affect the fees. I spent more time than I wanted double-checking the invoices received by email, as the layout wasn’t very straightforward. It felt like some terms around billing cycles and pro-ration were glossed over without detailed explanation in the onboarding flow. Even calling support for clarification helped only marginally because I had to ask very specifically or else the answers stayed vague. So overall, while the raw payment and invoicing part functioned acceptably, I didn’t feel the company clearly explained its billing policies in a simple and transparent manner. If I were to tell a friend about this, I’d say be ready to ask a lot of questions yourself so you don’t get confused.
