Billing matched my work hours but needs some effort to keep track
The billing system mostly fits the hours I work, which is good. It isn't always perfectly aligned, though, so I need to check invoices carefully to ensure accuracy. This process takes some extra time and effort from my side. I appreciate that the software updates have improved invoice clarity a bit. However, occasional discrepancies require me to get in touch with support to clarify. Despite these issues, the billing is manageable if you stay on top of your hours and payments. Overall, it’s not perfect but functional enough to work for those with flexible schedules like mine.
