The sign-up and payment steps themselves were smooth, and the automatic updates ensure no confusion about current fees or renewal dates. But a little more breakdown upfront would save time. I appreciate the responsive support when I did ask questions, though. So overall, the system works fine for most people, but if you prefer detailed invoice transparency like I do, it might be a small gap here.
