Billing labels worked but needed my attention
The payment and billing interface generally did its job well enough. From signing up to viewing the invoice, the labels were mostly clear and the steps logical. I was able to add my payment details and see the charges without too much confusion. However, some terms like "Subscription cycle" And "Processing fee" Were not immediately obvious to me until I looked them up. This caused a small delay in confirming my payment. The invoices were sent promptly and the breakdown helped clarify the costs, though I did wish the whole process had a bit more guidance explaining the billing terms so I didn’t need to cross-check elsewhere. Overall, it was manageable but took more effort than I had hoped. Once set up, later payments were smoother since the system saved my preferences and sent reminders in time. It’s practical enough to work through once you understand the wording, but some clearer labels would be appreciated.
