Billing labels worked but clarity could be better
When I first dove into the billing and payment section of WFHI's software, my initial feeling was mixed. On one hand, the system did manage to do the job—it generated invoices and tracked payments as expected, which is a basic necessity that was met satisfactorily. However, I found some of the wording and labels on the invoicing interface somewhat confusing. For instance, the terminology used in the payment breakdown wasn’t immediately clear, which made cross-checking a little slower. It felt like it assumed a level of prior knowledge that might not be standard for all users. Despite this, the support team was accessible for clarifications, which helped smooth out the issues, although it took a bit longer than hoped. So overall, the billing part functions well enough, and it offers what is needed, but more intuitive labelling would definitely improve the user experience a lot. I ended feeling that it worked but with a minor gap in making it as straightforward as it should be.
