Billing labels suit only clear heads
The billing and payments section was just confusing for me. The wording used in the invoices and payment labels didn’t make sense, and I kept having to guess what each charge was for. It definitely would not suit anyone who wants simple, straightforward billing without any ambiguity. The sign-up process led me to a few payment options, but the labels on those were unclear too. I was trying to find the right option quickly but got stuck trying to understand what I was choosing. It felt like the system expects its users to have prior knowledge of specific financial terms, which I do not have. If you are comfortable with complex billing jargon then maybe it can work, but for someone like me who just wants simple, easy-to-understand labels and clear explanations, it was frustrating. It felt like the software failed where clarity matters most because I kept doubting if I selected the right payment plan. Overall, this would suit only people comfortable with complex wording, and I can’t recommend it from my experience.
