Billing labels confusing; ended up sorting it out myself
The billing and payment labels on the invoicing system felt quite confusing at first. On one hand, the labels were straightforward to some extent, like 'Due Amount' and 'Payment Date,' which made some things clear. On the other hand, certain terms felt ambiguous, especially around renewal fees and additional charges. I tried to read through documentation but it didn't help much either. The invoice layout was otherwise decent and easy to read with all the details present, which I have to acknowledge. However, the unclear wording made me double-check with support for a better understanding. In the end, I realized that I'd have to get used to the terminology myself since official explanations didn't clarify much. So the outcome is that I did manage to pay correctly, but it required extra effort on my part due to confusing label wording.
