Billing labels are confusing, I wish it was clearer
I tried to make sense of the billing section and honestly, it was frustrating. The wording and labels didn’t make complete sense to me, which made the payment process unnecessarily complicated. Initially, I thought it was a mistake on my part, but after going back and forth in the invoicing area, I still couldn’t figure out some of the terminology. What added to this confusion was that some labels seemed similar but led to different pages, which wasn’t intuitive. I did appreciate that the actual process was secure and invoices were generated quickly, which is important to me. Still, for a product that’s supposed to support remote workflows, these basic navigation issues in billing really slowed me down. I had a small reservation about whether I was using the right plan because the descriptions were vague. Overall, this part did not work well for me and made me question continuing with the software.
