Billing kept glitching, making payments a headache
I tried using the WFHI system for my invoicing and payments, but for daily use, the billing part was very frustrating. After the initial setup, I expected the payments to be smooth, yet the system kept showing errors when I tried to download invoices or view transaction history. This made managing my accounts difficult throughout the week. The sign-up and payment process itself was quite straightforward, and the automatic updates promised by the software seemed reliable at first. However, day-to-day billing was far from stable. I did appreciate the telephonic support, though sometimes waiting for help added to the frustration. Overall, the billing and payment feature felt quite unreliable, and I am not confident it suits people who want consistent invoicing operations. While some elements like training materials were okay, the main payment function being so unstable makes this product unsuitable for my needs. This experience leaves me very disappointed with WFHI.
