Jab support ko call kiya toh response bahut slow mila, baar-baar follow-up karna pada. Lagta tha ki ek taraf se kuch help milegi, par asli mein bas delay hi mila. Jo log naya system join kar rahe hain unke liye ye thoda frustrating hai, kyunki payments important hoti hain aur clarity honi chahiye. Mujhe qualify karna tha lekin payment confirmation clear nahi thi, baar baar wohi baat repeat karte rahe support wale. Thoda aur transparent aur fast response system banana chahiye jisse users ko tension na leni pade apne paise ko leke. Billing aur payment process mein sabse bada missing piece yeh laga ki real-time support thoda slow tha aur clarity nahi di gayi kab tak payment process hoga. Main toh yeh expect nahi kar raha tha, but it left me a bit dissatisfied with the whole setup.
