Jab maine call kiya, toh expected tha ki koi jaldi aur clear response milega, par lagta tha ki koi serious nahi hai wahan. Phone par bolne wala banda jo support kar raha tha, woh frustrated lag raha tha aur mera problem solve hone me absurd time lag raha tha. Invoice ka jo process hai, woh bhi confusing hai aur maine baar baar pucha ki properly batao, par matlab clear nahi hua. Mujhe laga tha ke minimum follow-up toh hoga, par koi clear feedback nahi mila, matlab main akela hi problem solve kar raha tha. Payment part ki complexity aur support ki response speed dono ne mujhe niraash kar diya. Expected tha better coordination aur helpful attitude, par yeh experience bilkul different tha mere liye.
