Billing info there but some key details missing
Finding the billing and payment details was straightforward enough; the dashboard laid out recent invoices and pending payments in clear sections, so I didn’t need to search too hard. The payment history tab gave me a decent overview too. However, I noticed that some specifics were missing, such as a clearer breakdown of taxes or fees applied. Also, there wasn’t an obvious spot to download or save past invoices in bulk, which would have been useful for my record-keeping. The support documentation mentioned these features briefly, but they weren’t easy to locate within the software itself. It felt like the interface could improve its navigation for billing-related tools. While the essential info was present, these missing elements made tracking payments less efficient than I’d like. Still, the actual payment process worked without glitches, which was good.
