Billing info hidden but payments straightforward
Finding billing information was quite frustrating; the dashboard isn’t very intuitive about where to look for invoices or transaction history. I appreciate that the actual payment process was simple and well laid out, which was the only thing I can say worked well here. However, the lack of clear pointers to my billing documents meant I had to spend extra time searching through menus that didn’t quite explain themselves. Customer support helped when I called, but ideally the system should be more user-friendly for accessing billing info directly. It’s basic stuff, and improving this would make a big difference. Apart from that, everything else about payments was manageable. But honestly, I expected a much smoother way to locate and manage these records on my own.
