There was also little guidance on how to handle payment failures or delays, which I think should be part of a complete payment FAQ. Despite these missing pieces, the support team was helpful when I reached out for clarifications, but I believe such standard info should be more prominently stated within the platform or documentation. Overall, while the basic billing framework was solid and easy to understand, it lacked some important specifics that could prevent confusion and make the process feel more transparent and reassuring.
