billing fitted well but timing could be better
I really like how the billing process tries to match the hours I work, it generally feels fair and I can see where the charges come from. The invoices come through promptly and clear which helps me keep track without any headaches. That said sometimes the invoicing cycle feels a bit off, like it doesn’t quite sync perfectly with the hours I actually log on or work. I wish it would be a bit more aligned with my actual workflow because sometimes I'm paying for more time than I felt I was active. Not a huge problem but a niggle. Also the payment procedure is pretty straightforward which I appreciate, and support helped me sort out some questions I had about adjustments pretty quickly. Overall I'm happy but fine tuning the timing aspect would make it even better because right now it's a little bit hit and miss regarding the actual billed hours versus my working hours. Still I'll keep using it as long as the process stays this simple and clear.
