Billing fits my working hours
My experience with the WFHI payment process has been quietly satisfactory. The invoicing cycle aligned reasonably well with the hours I was actually working through the platform. This was something I wasn’t sure about at the start since I work fairly irregular hours, but the billing seemed to reflect that usage pattern rather than a rigid monthly chunk no matter what. I did have to review the invoice every time to make sure it made sense but there weren’t surprises. The sign-up was straightforward, and the subsequent payment method updates felt smooth enough. There were no confusing terms, upfront or ongoing, about the billing schedule. This relatively effortless financial side has allowed me to focus on using the training and software tools instead of stressing over costs. So while the whole process doesn’t wow me or stand out in a big way, it meets my needs without fuss and that’s been enough to keep me consistent with the service.
