Honestly, the billing and payments setup was a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the invoicing process was pretty straightforward and I could easily track my payments aligning with the hours I intended to work. That part really stood out because it made managing my workflow simpler than I expected. However, the actual fit between billed hours and my working hours wasn’t perfect. Some days, the system seemed to round off or delay updating the hours, which threw me off a little when checking my dashboard. It wasn’t a deal-breaker but a bit frustrating since I wanted more real-time accuracy. Support for billing queries was decent though; responses were fairly quick, which helped ease concerns as I worked through it. So, while the software mostly did its job, this inconsistency in matching the exact hours sometimes caught me off guard and made me cautious for future billing cycles.
