Billing felt clear but the wording could be smoother

Signing up and going through the invoicing process with WFHI started quite straightforward. I was guided to a dashboard where I could see all the billing details. Each label was mostly intuitive: "Invoice", "Due Date", and "Payment Status" Made a lot of sense. I did notice somewhere the term "Transaction Reference" Which wasn’t entirely clear to me until I figured it linked back to my payment receipt. The payment itself processed smoothly through the integrated gateway, which was a relief. However, after submitting the payment, I found a few labels on the confirmation screen a bit jargon-heavy, like "Settlement Pending" And "Payment Cleared" — I think simpler phrasing could help avoid confusion for newer users. The whole process felt quite reliable, though, and I liked that I could download a PDF invoice immediately without much hassle. Though the initial terms and conditions were easy to find, some parts felt a bit densely written, which slowed me down when reviewing them. Overall, the billing experience felt like a reasonably understandable and organized set of steps, but with small wording tweaks it would feel even more welcoming to someone just starting out.
