Billing explanations were really unclear

Mujhe billing process samajhne mein kaafi mushkil hui. Logically dekhne par lagta hai ki sab kuch sahi hai, lekin jab samajhne ki baat aati hai, toh kaafi confusion hoti hai. Frustration bhari baatein lagi, lakin unka support acha tha. Lekin mujhe bas billing mein clarity nahi mili.
