I struggled with the dialer and calling tools since no clear guidance was provided on how to use them effectively. The database was supposed to help but I couldn’t find it user-friendly at all. The auto updates seemed to happen without any notice, making things even more frustrating. Telephonic support was hit or miss, sometimes no one picked up. To be honest, the billing explanation was the only part that was truly clear and easy to understand. Everything else left me wondering if I should continue using this or not. Not the experience I expected at all.
