Billing experience: positives and negatives side by side
When I signed up, I expected the billing to match the hours I actually worked, but it felt quite different. The invoicing process itself was straightforward enough; getting the invoice and making the payment was smooth. However, the worked hours alignment was off more often than not, which was frustrating because I prefer to see charges that accurately reflect the time I use the software weekly. On the brighter side, the automatic updates to the dialer and calling tools didn’t cause any billing surprises, so that part worked fine. But overall, it seemed like the system lacked flexibility for those of us who work varied hours day to day. This meant sometimes I was billed for features or database access hours I honestly didn’t utilize, which felt misleading compared to my past experiences with other software. It would be nice if the billing could better accommodate real fluctuations in work hours rather than sticking to rigid, set periods. On balance, while the sign-up and payment process was okay, the main irritation was how the hours were accounted for.
