Billing cycle ka koi match nahi mera work timings ke sath
Soch rahi thi ki billing aur payments mere liye kitne fit honge, lekin sach kahun toh bilkul problem hui ismein. Mujhe laga ki payment schedule mujhe suit karega, par unki hours ka hisaab bilkul match nahi hua mere work hours se. May be ye mera samajh galat tha, par invoice aur payment reminders ka timing thoda ajeeb tha, aur mujhe out of my normal working time respond karna padta tha. Ye bhi unclear tha ki kya charges fixed honge ya call duration ke hisaab se. Payment portal thoda confusing laga, aur main sochti hoon agar main again try karungi toh shayad apna schedule jhelna padega. Baaki onboarding helpful tha, but billing ke issues ne mujhe frustrated feel karaya.
