Billing confusion was the biggest problem

My experience with WFHI’s billing and payment process left me a bit uneasy in the end, despite some aspects going smoothly. While the sign-up and invoicing pages were clearly designed, I encountered repeated inconsistencies in the amounts reflected on invoices compared to what I initially understood about costs. This gave me cause for concern and led me to contact telephonic support multiple times. Unfortunately, the explanations I received did not fully resolve the confusion, and I was often asked to wait for clarification or updates. The delay in receiving accurate billing information, combined with limited transparency about processing times, affected my confidence. On the positive side, the database feature and calling tools functioned well during my trial period, and training modules were thorough. Automatic updates arrived regularly without disrupting my work, which I appreciated. Nonetheless, because of the ongoing billing issues and the lack of immediate resolution, I was left uncertain about the payment process overall. In conclusion, while some technical aspects met expectations, the billing confusion was the largest problem and overshadowed the positives, leaving me reluctant to rely on this aspect without improvement.
