Billing confusion led to unexpected outcome
I signed up hoping the payment process would be straightforward, but it turned out far from that. What really threw me off was when I received an invoice that didn’t match what I thought I was agreeing to. The explanation at that moment was vague, and I couldn’t get clear answers despite multiple attempts via their support line. It felt like the billing terms were not properly laid out, at least not in a way that I could understand easily. The automatic updates to billing also seemed inconsistent, as I noticed charges that weren’t properly explained before. While I was ready to adapt and work through a complex system, the lack of clarity around payments frustrated me a lot. Now, the billing confusion has overshadowed everything else about using the software. I actually stopped using the calling tools because I wasn’t sure if the usage was going to be billed immediately or on a delay. The database feature seemed less relevant once the payment side became unreliable to me. I’ve tried navigating the sign-up and invoicing multiple times, but each cycle adds more doubt rather than clarity. In the end, this experience made me feel quite stuck rather than empowered to work remotely, which was the whole point of signing up in the first place. I wish the billing and payment explanation had been clearer from the start, that could have saved me from a lot of stress and confusion.
