Billing confusion caused a lot of repeated calls

From the beginning, the billing process felt complicated and although I expected it to be straightforward, I ended up contacting customer service multiple times. When I first signed up, the invoice was unclear, showing charges that I didn't recognize which led me to call again for explanations. Each time I called, I had to repeat my details and explain the same query. This was quite annoying, and the wait times between calls were frustratingly long, which made the whole experience feel tedious. What worked marginally better was the eventual correction on the next invoice which finally matched the payments I had made, giving me some relief. However, the repeated need to clarify simple charges was a real drawback. It made me feel that the billing system could be more transparent and better explained in the initial stages, especially during sign-up and invoicing. Overall, the process drained a lot of my time and patience because of constant waiting and recurring clarifications that felt avoidable if the initial information had been clearer and better structured.
