Billing confused, par at least invoice timely aaya
To be honest, the billing experience had its ups and downs. At first, I noticed that some payments didn't go through as smoothly as I expected, which made me a bit anxious. The system sometimes picked up wrong amounts or delayed updating invoices, so mujhe baar-baar check karna padta tha. This back and forth was quite frustrating and I wasn’t sure if it was a glitch or user error. But I must admit that whenever I raised the doubt, the invoice did eventually come on time and as far as that part goes, it worked fine. So despite all the confusion on payment updates and deductions, the actual invoice generation seemed reliable. I feel like if these errors in handling transactions were reduced, the whole experience would be so much better. Right now, it feels like a bit of a hassle just to be sure everything adds up.
