Billing clarity was a real effort to sort out
Reflecting back on my billing and payments experience with WFHI, I found the process rather confusing and less clear than I had hoped. At first, the explanations provided about invoicing, payment cycles, and what exactly was included in each charge were somewhat vague and required me to spend time double checking details. The sign-up and invoicing steps weren’t as straightforward as I expected either; it took a couple of calls to fully understand how the payments were structured and how to handle renewal schedules. On the positive side, once the payment was made, the automatic updates to the software rolled out smoothly without any disruptions. Still, the initial endeavor to get a clear picture of the payment terms was time-consuming and a bit frustrating. In hindsight, I wish the training materials or onboarding communications had given a more transparent breakdown. Although the telephonic support helped to some degree, I felt the billing details could have been laid out more simply from the beginning.
