billing better than before but some surprises
Compared to other similar services I have used earlier, the billing and payment system here felt easier to navigate in some ways but also threw a few surprises. Initially, I found the invoice layout a bit different and had to spend extra time understanding some of the charges. It wasn’t something I expected from my past experience where everything was more straightforward. Overall, the system is clearly designed to be user-friendly but this initial adjustment made it less smooth for me. Once past that though, the automatic updates to invoices made managing payments simpler and kept things fairly transparent during the process, which I liked.
