Mujhe lagta tha ki ye sab thoda aur clear hona chahiye tha pehle se taaki din bhar confusion na ho. Support team se kuch queries solve huyi, par wo bhi har baar immediately available nahi hoti thi. To overall, daily process thoda mix tha, consistent nahi.
